during my stay, I appreciated that the hotel was just almost 5 km away from Fryer Park, providing a great spot for leisurely strolls, and its proximity to the nearby Grove City Welcome Center and Museum, which definitely enhanced my exploration experience in the area.

I appreciated the array of toiletries available in the bathroom, especially the shampoo and conditioner—they had a lovely scent. However, I encountered several issues during my stay. The refrigerator in my room didn't work, which was a hassle since I needed to keep drinks cool for my daughter. The internet connection was spotty at times, making it difficult to get work done. Noise from other guests was noticeable, especially in the hallways, which made for a disruptive experience at night. The pool area looked appealing in the photos, but in reality, it felt cramped and wasn’t ideal for swimming as it was basically a square space, not larger than a hot tub. I found the lack of complimentary breakfast to be disappointing, especially when I saw other hotels offering it. I had to head out to find coffee as the in-house Starbucks was just basic options that you pay for. Still, I liked how convenient it was to local stores and a few restaurants nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff did respond quickly when I reported the refrigerator issue, even though it took longer than expected. Overall, the experience held some positives but left a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near Putt N Play Fun Center, which was perfect for my young child. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The refrigerator in the room was out of order, leading to some creative improvisation with trash cans for ice-cold drinks during our sporting event. The hotel's version of Starbucks offered only basic coffee options, with the lack of complimentary breakfast being a disappointment. you'll find better choices just a two-minute drive away. The pool, depicted as inviting in photos, turned out to be a square space not suitable for swimming laps, with a depth that barely reaches 4 feet, making it cramped when more than three guests are inside. Additionally, noise from fellow guests running in the halls kept our family up late, while parking was tricky upon our late arrival, forcing us into scarce spots.

i really enjoyed my stay at the courtyard. the staff were super friendly and even let us take family pictures at the hotel. it’s conveniently located near stores and restaurants, making it easy to find what you need. plus, the indoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after a long day.
